Appetizers
THE MAIN ATTRACTION
Lightly breaded boneless chicken breast topped with our marinara sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. Served with a side of linguine.
12 shrimp sautéed in virgin olive oil with fresh garlic, oregano, fresh basil and diced tomatoes served over linguine pasta. Topped off with toasted seasoned breadcrumbs. A Visani favorite!
12oz Porterhouse bone in pork chop grilled over hickory wood and finished with homemade black peppercorn and brandy cream sauce. Served with garlic red skin mashed potatoes and vegetable du jour.
6oz sirloin medallion wrapped with hickory bacon then grilled to perfection, finished with melted Gorgonzola cheese, a touch of Marsala sauce then topped with sauteed mushrooms. Served on a bed of garlic mashed potatoes and vegetable du jour.
1 pound little neck clams in their shells are sautéed in virgin olive oil with garlic, basil, parsley and marinated tomatoes. Tossed with linguine pasta.
Boneless chicken breast breaded in Panko then lightly fried, and then finished with a Grey Goose vodka infused tomato cream sauce. Served over angel hair pasta.
Scallops, mussels, shrimp and calamari sautéed in our spicy marinara sauce. Served over a bed of linguine.
Fillet of fresh salmon is lightly seasoned then grilled to perfection. Finished with our homemade garlic butter sauce. Served with rice pilaf and vegetable du jour.
Lightly breaded sautéed eggplant topped with our marinara sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. Served with a side of linguine.

A creamier form of fresh mozzarella. Served with pesto, aioli and cherry tomatoes. Garnished with arugala and balsamic reduction

Pan Seared Scallops 11.95
3 sea scallops pan seared golden brown. Served over our bacon and corn cream sauce and finished with fresh chives.

Steak and Arugula Salad 15.95
Fresh sirloin grilled to tempature then thinly sliced served with mixed greens, arugula, red onion, candied pecans, sliced radish and parmigiano cheese. Finished with a dijion mustard and citrus vinaigrette (substitute 12 grilled shrimp $1.50)

Chef blackens your choice of salmon, shrimp or chicken served over romaine lettuce with caesar dressing.

STEAKS
All of our steaks are Upper Choice Black Angus Steaks, hand cut fresh daily. They are then charbroiled over our wood-burning Hickory grill with our secret blend of herbs and spices. Served with vegetable du jour and choice of rice pilaf, mashed potatoes or baked potato. All steaks are Market Priced daily.
